🥋 The path of Taekwondo – from beginner to master
Train. Evolve. Pass on.
At Master Taekwondo, we guide you step by step – from your first steps on the mat to the level of master. Our structured program combines tradition and modernity, and is aimed at anyone who wishes to progress physically, mentally, and personally.
1. Beginner – Taking the First Step
For all ages, no prior experience required
Taekwondo begins with the curiosity and courage to try something new. No prerequisites are necessary:
- Learning basic techniques: kicks, blocks, stances
- Development of flexibility, coordination, and strength
- Introduction to the Ethics of Taekwondo: Respect, Discipline, Concentration
- First duo exercises and introduction to self-defense
👉 Objective: mastery of the basics and preparation for the first belts
2. Progression Phase – Technique, Strength & Control
For students with some initial experience (after ~6 months)
Once the basics are mastered, the training becomes richer and more stimulating:
- Improvement of techniques and sequences
- Dynamic work: reactivity, balance, rhythm
- Introduction to Contactless Tactical Combat
- Realistic self-defense techniques
👉 Objective: solidification of technical skills and transition to intermediate belts
3. Performance training – Tactics, intensity, competition
For advanced students and motivated competitors
Performance training allows you to reach a new level:
- Tactical sparring with full protective gear
- Athletic work: speed, power, endurance
- Training for Distance and Reflexes
- Mental preparation: confidence, concentration, calm
- Coaching for local and national competitions
👉 Objective: preparation for the black belt (1st Dan) and development of competitive potential
4. Master Level – Deepen, Transmit, Inspire
The black belt is not the end – it is the beginning of the true path.
Starting from the 1st Dan (black belt), Taekwondo takes on another dimension: one no longer trains just for oneself, but also for others.
- 1st to 3rd Dan: technical improvement, theoretical understanding, leadership
- 4th Dan: instructor level – knowledge transfer, student supervision
- From the 5th Dan: master status – pedagogical and philosophical responsibility
👉 Goal: to become a role model – embody the values of Taekwondo both inside and outside the dojang
