The picturesque town of Aigle (canton of Vaud) will become the center of European taekwondo this fall, hosting the 2025 Junior European Taekwondo Championships (from November 19 to 21) and the 2025 Senior European Taekwondo Championships in Olympic weight categories (on November 22 and 23, 2025). In the state-of-the-art facilities of the World Cycling Center (Allée Ferdi Kübler 12, 1860 Aigle), spectators will witness explosive Olympic-style kyorugi matches, thanks to electronic scoring systems, top-notch refereeing, and an atmosphere filled with competition and camaraderie.

Organized by Krasniqi Taekwondo, this major double event will bring together around 700 athletes, coaches, and officials from across Europe, with more than 40 countries represented. The competitions will take place at the World Cycling Center, a modern venue perfectly suited for an event of this scale.

Expect fast-paced, technical, and fiercely contested Kyorugi matches that will showcase the best of European taekwondo. Admission is open to all, and the venue is easily accessible by public transport. Local visitors, families, and schools are invited to come and experience taekwondo at its highest level and to discover the Olympic values that define this sport.

Beyond competition, the organizers emphasize community, inclusion, and sustainability. Aigle 2025 is not just about medals; it is about bringing people together through sport, celebrating excellence, and inspiring the next generation. Don't miss the chance to see the best European taekwondo athletes in action, support the next generation, and experience the spirit of taekwondo live in the Swiss Alps.
