Poomsae Technical Development Seminar with Master Mustapha Mutarazzak

This two-day Poomsae seminar will be led by international Taekwondo expert Master Mustapha Mutarazzak, 9th Dan and President of Poomsae Europe, from the Netherlands. Participants will work on fundamental techniques, refine key details of the forms, and gain valuable insights into international competition and judging criteria. Participation is open to athletes with a minimum rank of 4th Kup or higher. 

Saturday:

09:00 – 12:00: Introduction and warm-up, basic techniques, Poomsae Taegeuk Il Jang - Pal Jang (1–8)

14:00 – 17:00: Poomsae Koryo - Hansoo (9–16)Sunday:

09:00 – 12:00: Freestyle Poomsae

14:00 – 17:00: Para Poomsae 17:00 – 17:30: Group photo
